Hi, @everyone Sooo... Ive been working the past week at Illinois Wesleyan University helping the theatre dept build and paint sets for the upcoming production of "A Year with Frog & Toad". It is not something I really advertise but I do and have helped build and paint many set pieces, props, backdrops, etc over the years and it is really a lot of fun helping to work with creative folks in a different field and helping to bring thier vision to life. This little video I do show a quick tutorial of how to #paint and #create faux wood. I do love being able to do #trompeloeil whenever possible...

Happy New Year, Everyone!
After a well needed (yet chaotic) holiday season, I am slowly easing out of my hibernation and back to work looking at and lining up jobs for the 2026 paint season. So far this year looks like quite a variety of jobs ranging from some large scaled community murals in Wisconsin to a few Route 66 murals in Illinois and Kansas to a string of sign painting jobs throughout Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, and the Carolinas and a random job out in Utah plus whatever else comes across my path. Should be a lot of fun so #staytuned !!!
